So I had to go all the way back to where I started and tried to head toward the right direction this time. It took me a while to reach the Seine but still, I made it. It was raining cats and dogs by the time I got to Notre Dame and there were still a hell of tourists waiting in a freaking long line trying to get inside the Notre Dame.
Since I didn't have too many tourist spots to go to in my pocket today, I waited in the line and entered with the rest of people. It's really sad that the reservation for the number of people allowed to go upstairs today had reached the maximum so I didn't get my chance to have a look at the cool gargoyles.

I left for the Pantheon after that and it was a lot like the Greek Palace, smaller, with less people but equally spectacular. I visited a few less famous tourist spots to fill the day, while the rain still poured and the wind howled, I was all wet even with the umbrella.
On my retreat back to Gare Du Nord, I spotted the infamous Pompidou Centre and got in to have a look, and also to shelter from the crazy amount of raindrops. The Centre was pretty modern and offered the visitors a library, some place to rest, use the computer, expositions and a movie theatre.

Everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves until a little kid came screaming for his mommy and that totally destroyed the silence and peacefulness. I left after that and tried my best to reach my hotel in the flood XD
