7/20 To Mexico

Finally going to Mexico and leaving the USA! 

Our main mission of the day is to get to Backpackers Paradise, retrieve our luggage and get to the airport, no extra missions or going to other places to have fun. 

Because we have heavy luggage and live in Fountain Valley, which is so far away. We considered taking Uber to the hostel but it’s going to take about 51 minutes and 146 US dollars which is way too expensive even with the 20 US discount I had. So we decided to take the bus and connected it with the Metro.

Waiting for bus was like taking forever again, 30 minutes before the first one arrived and we were dropped halfway said by one of the teachers aboard claiming that he had asked the bus driver to fill the bus with his own students so we were all “kindly” removed, then it’s another 20 minutes for another bus to get back on track. 

Bus transfer also wasted us a lot of time, one of the longest wait for bus was 45 minutes and we paid 2.50 US dollars for that trip. Afterwards was 2 metro trips and walking for around 20 minutes to the Burger King, I had 20 nuggets and we rested there for a bit, the nuggets were quite cheap and tasted fine. 

Luckily our luggage were still waiting for us safely in the lockers and after we took them out, we asked for the free shuttle ride to the airport and they didn’t even ask if we have stayed in the hostel the previous night, they just made a call and we were on our way, sweet! 

Then we checked in our bags and we here waiting for our flight which was at 1145pm, Mexico we are coming!
