7/14 Las Vegas

So sore and tired from last night, we slept until 9 and stayed in bed, checking out at 11 and going to McDonald’s for some easy breakfast, then we set out for Las Vegas.

On our way to Vegas we stopped at the Hoover Dam, the famous Hoover Dam! It was my idea because it’s just on the way and it’s also very famous.

By the way Ariel is driving today, I’m fine and feeling alright, my right arm and fingers have also recovered but I thought it would be better that Ariel can also drive instead of just sitting there in the shotgun seat. Anyway, we paid 10 dollars for the parking and stepped out of the car, man, it was 42 degrees Celsius outside with no wind and the sun is tearing at our skin!

We quickly walked around the dam and took some photos and went back to the car, it was crazy hot outside.

Then we continued on our trip to Vegas and checked in at Trump hotel which was a 5 star hotel. The room was big enough for the four of us and the three girls shared a Queen Size bed and I got the entire huge sofa which was awesome.

The room was located at the 21st floor and not really expensive for a five star hotel because we’ve gotten it during a promotion through Agoda.

We stayed inside the hotel and chatted and played games for the whole afternoon because it was 41 degrees outside and as hot as the Hoover Dam.

We started out to the streets, which was still amazingly bright. We hit the main Las Vegas Boulevard and saw the legendary hotels like Mirage, Caesar’s Palace, the fake Eiffel Tower, etc.

These were once only seen through movies and sitcoms like Friends but now we’re actually here.
