Many people may not be aware of this, that the wii controller can be used in many places in our daily lives.Of course, it all happens after you hack it.By doing this, the hacker of this controller is trying to tell us something different, an object may be an object, which functions as it said in the instructions manual, however, if you put in more thought and creativity, it may be capable of working in other ways.
Johnny demonstrated how he hacked the wii controller, turning it into remote of the television, and other fun stuff, all through different kinds of re-programming and certain methods. Of course he is willing to share it with the others, if you are at all interested, but the main reason that he's doing this, is trying to tell us that people of the society nowadays are losing so many opportunities, and restricting them to a small circle drawn by the others.
After hearing about his TED lecture, it gave me thoughts that maybe, I could do some difference, just in my room. I looked at the empty plastic bottles, and imagined them into bonsai holders; books can be cup mats and mosquito slappers... the thing is, we shouldn't at all care how ridiculous the ideas are, but just let your mind wander at ease and see what it get. By encouraging this kind of activity, we may come up with more innovations, inventions of the world, and I think that it's going to make our world a better place.
