Have you ever lied? Of course, we all did. Sometimes it may not be intentional, but we just couldn't help it, or it's just an intention meaning: protection. But as long as its a lie, when the person you lied to find out eventually, the results are normally bad.
Why is that? Because the relationships of human beings are built upon trust. Family members trust each other, and that enables them to live under the same roof. Once the trust between the parents and children broke, they wouldn't be able to stand each other anymore, and people get paranoid all the time: is he or she going to steal my things? What if my parents attack me when I am in bed? Trust is a good thing for it ripped off many worries.
Now you may reject in an answer of your own shouting out that: But sometimes I lied only to protect my friends and family! That's not really true, since lying is originally a bad thing and everyone should be aware of it and not come to that resolution after knowing that it's going to hurt people's feeling. I believe there are other ways and solutions we can seek for instead of lying straight out to the person who trusts us. So no matter what you did, or what's going to happen to you, don't lie.
