8/07 Just Hanging

This might be one of my laziest journals throughout the whole journey.

It's breakfast time from 7 to 9 in the morning, complimented on the house. I took the elevator and got to the sixth floor, with a waitress waiting for me. The whole room was empty except for the two of us, awkward! I ordered a meal of Hue Beef noodle soup, with some fruit as sidedish. The wholel meal was ok, not extremely tasty, but will do for my poor stomach.

My chest and belly were starting to hurt from the sunburnt that I had taken in Nha Trang a few days ago, but I insisted on going out for a walk. I headed North, saw the grand palace, and some really cool buildings.

Basically, Hue was split in half by one of the big rivers, and some of the locals were even rafting in the river.

Just like the rest of Vietnam, (except Da Lat) Hue was a hot place to be, but was a little bit bored in comparison. It's like a small city, but without any of the cool stuff. It's one of the cities that I would recommend people to skip if one ever comes for a visit to Vietnam
